Ai-Jo advises on international corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital, private equity, M&A, co-investments and restructurings. She specializes in supporting emerging growth and venture-backed companies throughout their lifecycle, while also advising global PE/VC funds, asset managers and growth investors on direct and secondary investments, financing rounds and cross-border acquisitions across the US, Europe and Asia.

Educated in Taiwan, Japan and the United States, and having worked in Shanghai, Hong Kong and London, Ai-Jo brings global transactional experience and a strong cross-cultural perspective. She is native in Mandarin, fluent in English and conversational in Japanese. Prior to joining, she spent over nine years at Proskauer Rose and other leading international law firms.
