Daniel has extensive experience leading clients through all aspects of complex corporate and commercial transactions across the technology, consumer goods and retail, life sciences, and agri-tech sectors. He graduated with law and finance degrees from the University of Otago and has experience at global law firm, DLA Piper.
His practice includes representing public and private companies in cross-border M&A transactions, advising venture capital funds and emerging growth companies on the full spectrum of early-stage investments and fundraisings, as well as on their day-to-day legal needs, and advising global private equity clients on the acquisition and disposal of portfolio companies. He is qualified to practice in New Zealand and England and Wales.
