Robert is Novara’s CIO and leads Novara's Strategy Advisory practice. Educated at the European Business School Germany and Harvard Business School (Executive Education), he has 25+ years' experience building, scaling, and restructuring multi-jurisdictional businesses and permanent-capital platforms - working with UHNW families, institutional investors, and state-owned enterprises. Robert is a Singapore citizen and the architect of Novara Global Capital VCC.

Halcyon Agri Corporation - Co-founded and built one of the world's largest natural rubber companies through a global roll-up strategy. Led the SGX IPO (2013), executed a S$450 million acquisition and a three-way merger with GMG Global and Sinochem International. At exit: over 12% global market share and USD 2 billion+ annual revenues.

Halcyon Offshore - Co-founded and built an integrated marine and offshore services platform, raising S$70 million across equity and debt. Exit via trade sale at approximately 12x EBITDA, delivering over 8x cash-on-cash returns to investors.

HeveaConnect - Spun out from Halcyon Agri as the first digital natural rubber exchange. Investors include DBS Bank Limited, Itochu Corporation, and SGX Limited.

ANRO VCC - Launched the world's only regulated open-ended fund focused on exchange-traded natural rubber futures under the Singapore VCC structure in June 2021. Delivered >20% IRR since taking over portfolio management in November 2022.
