Takahiro is the Representative Attorney, Tokyo Office (Novara Advisory Partners Law Firm Foreign Law Joint Enterprise). He graduated from the University of Tokyo and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. For approx. 10 years, he has advised on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, IP transactions, domestic and international disputes, and crisis management matters at leading Japanese, UK, and US law firms.


Having worked and studied in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Vietnam, Takahiro brings commercially grounded and strategic advice informed by on-the-ground international experience. He is admitted to practice in Japan and, New York. He is native in Japanese and fluent in English.

He is a member of Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
